Ayham Y. Gharaibeh

Ayham Gharaibeh is a distinguished lawyer with over 15 years of experience focused on financial regulation. He advises banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and private banks on a broad range of complex financial services regulatory issues in the MENA region.

Mr. Gharaibeh structured and successfully closed over 30 sizable transactions during his 11-year tenure at Bank Alkhair. Prior to joining the bank, he was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Atlas Investment Group (AB Invest), the investment banking arm of Arab Bank – Amman, Jordan.

He is the legal advisor to the Chairman of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company and has joined the associated family office that oversees multibillion-dollar assets out of Riyadh. He currently holds directorships at the Quara Holding-held Independent Logistics Company in Jordan, as well as Al-Tajamouat for Touristic Projects in Jordan, and Unicorn Express in the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Gharaibeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law.
