Ziad El Chaar is the Chief Executive Officer at Quara Holding, running and overseeing all the operations of its subsidiaries across diverse sectors in various countries.

With 20 years of experience in the real estate development, investment, corporate governance, management, financial, and leadership fields and 10 years of experience in senior positions in corporate governance, board affairs, and regulatory compliance, Ziad has a proven track record of steady increases in responsibility and achievement.

Prior to joining Quara Holding, Ziad was CEO for Ventures and Business Development at Emaar Properties PJSC, CEO at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, and Managing Director at Damac Properties. Ziad was also a Board Member in his previous companies, providing valuable insights and advice on company development and strategic planning.

Ziad holds a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
